Delivery Format
The standard format is a 12-week journey, allowing time for reflection, behavioural experiments, integration and review. We offer a range of flexible delivery options to meet your company’s needs.
12-week facilitator-led group delivery (recommended): most suitable for small groups or workplace cohorts, and can be delivered online, in-person, or both. Ideal for leadership development, wellbeing, burnout prevention, self-leadership and team development.
True North Essentials: A lighter, action-first version of the program for busy professionals, teams, or as a workshop follow-up.
2-day workshop intensive: start with a short intensive workshop to build momentum, then follow with 12 weeks of implementation and review.
1:1 Coaching: delivered with individual coaching support over approximately 12 weeks. The most personalised option — deep integration into the participant's work, life, relationships, health and goals.
