Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the nationally accredited, evidence-based training that has become the benchmark standard for workplace mental health awareness.
This program equips participants with the skills to recognise early signs of mental ill-health, start supportive conversations, and guide colleagues toward professional help when needed. Covering both general mental health and crisis intervention (including suicidal thoughts and behaviours), MHFA is essential for meeting Work Health and Safety obligations and reducing psychosocial risk in the workplace.
Beyond compliance, MHFA training transforms culture. Participants leave not only more confident to support others, but also more aware of their own wellbeing — fostering a workplace built on care, empathy, and proactive support.
