Mental Health First Aid Training.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the recognised standard in workplace mental health training. This accredited program gives employees and leaders the confidence to identify early signs of mental ill-health, start a supportive conversation, and guide someone toward professional help when needed.
As mental health risks continue to rise, workplaces are expected to have this training in place to meet Work Health and Safety (WHS) obligations and reduce psychosocial risk. Delivered by a Principal Master Instructor with lived and professional experience, this program is trusted by organisations nationwide to improve culture, safety, and connection across teams.
