David Shillington is a mental health and performance counsellor who works with individuals, groups and businesses.
David supports others to have the tools and strategies to navigate the normal challenges of life, helping them to have the capacity to either just manage day-to-day life a little easier or to achieve their ambitious goals.

At Progressa, our consultants are trained to work confidently within real organisational contexts.
Beyond clinical expertise, our psychologists and allied health professionals understand how wellbeing, performance, psychosocial risk, and workplace dynamics intersect.
This means we can support individuals while also appreciating the broader systems they work within - from leadership pressures and role clarity to conflict, change, and psychosocial hazards.
Our approach bridges the gap between clinical care and workplace reality, helping employers meet their duty of care while giving employees support that feels relevant, practical, and safe. The result is meaningful change: improved wellbeing, stronger capability, and workplaces that are healthier, more effective, and genuinely supportive.
