Drawing on a 16-year career as an elite professional athlete competing at the highest national and international levels, David understands the realities of pressure, accountability and consistency in high-performance environments. He now applies these principles to organisational settings, supporting individuals and teams to perform effectively through complexity, change and challenge.
David’s work spans corporate, sporting and emerging talent environments, where he supports leaders and high-potential individuals to build resilience, manage stress, and lead with clarity and emotional intelligence.
